Do you accept Company contacts?
We certainly do. We are happy to have companies on board that range from small ones with just a few employees to high caliber companies. Just get in touch with us and we can arrange for a tailored service.
How to book and pay
Customers can book online via the "booknow" buttons on our home page or they can book via the phone numbers provided at the bottom of this page. Please make sure to monitor our home page for current offers so that you pay the lowest fares.
We do accept cash payment at the driver but we are currently working on incorporating online payments. Please make sure you have the correct amount with you and pay your driver at the end of your journey.
For your safety, we advise you to never enter any unbooked cab. When you book with DEMO Airport Express you know that you are in the hands of a licensed and reputable company.
Are you a licensed company?
Yes, we are. Our license number with the TfL (Transport for London) is 8143. Whether you decide to book with us or anyone else please always remember to use a licensed mini cab company.
Why does your booking system not allow same day bookings?
We have set up our airport cab transfer booking system to give us a couple of hours time to process your booking. If you need an emergency booking then we advise you to ring us on the mobile phone numbers which you can find in the

What happens if my flight is delayed and I am in the plane with no means to inform you?
When booking for an airport pickup then please provide us with your flight number. Our driver then will know whether your flight will arrive on time and in case it is delayed he will not charge you extra fees.
Do you allow pets on board?
Yes, pets are welcome. If you think your pets need special requirements then please contact our head office for further instructions.
I want to travel overseas, specifically Germany. Is this possible?
That's possible indeed. Please use our online booking system for your minicab transfers within the UK and contact our head office for your overseas transfers.
